MetLife had just gone through a series of major acquisitions to increase their presence globally. In order to give their customers a unified digital experience they had to reassess their organizational structure and centralize their technology systems. In parallel, my team established the user experience, visual language, and interaction design patterns to be used around the world. It was all brought together in a new U.S. website, as well as a Global Toolkit - which included a governance plan and a digital library of templates/modules/components to ensure increased speed, quality and consistency for all future web and software builds.
