Xbox Japan was excited to promote the next version of Project Gotham Racing (PGR2) because it was the second highest grossing game during the introduction of the Microsoft Xbox gaming platform (Halo was first).

The ask was for an engrossing promotional website to help with the launch. It featured all the game's cars, tracks, latest news, expert driving advice and a 'kudos' reward system that enticed fans to visit often to win additional game gear and prizes.
